In this episode I chat with my very good friend Justine Andreu Darling. She and I have been through morning sickness, pumping milk in hotel rooms, and rediscovering our creativity together. While there was a time when she thought she wasn't creative at all, Justine has come to discover that creativity just looks different for her and how to quite those critical voices that try and tell her otherwise.

I chat with Amanda Morrow, Co-Owner of The Flower Pot Cafe and Bakery and Three Legs Coffee Roasters in La Jolla, California.  Amanda shares all about her crazy journey starting out as Owner of the Pannikin, La Jolla - until they unexpectedly lost their lease. Through lots of community support, they were able to open up their current cafe, a beautiful space that is a "safe haven for the old, young, and the black sheep of the family. "

Sometimes when we begin feeling uninspired or your creative outlet has lost its luster it can be very tempting to throw in the towel. However, maybe we don't need to do that. Maybe all we need is to make a small change.
