Please expand!
Really enjoy the podcast and being exposed to ideas that show different aspects of veterinary medicine and business. Would love to see some episodes that include equine practices. I feel like they are usually behind in adopting strategies that are already old news for small animal, and therefore are facing so many challenges still in avoiding burnout, retaining employees, working more efficiently and leveraging the technical staff. Please bring people that maybe can talk on how to apply these concepts to equine practices and can address some of the concerns about in this area.
Keep up the good work!
