    So much to talk about today and it is all to do with women's bodies. After many states have made it ILLEGAL for women to have an abortion I wanted to really deep dive into women's health and hormones. 

    The positive news story brings you my opinion on the criminalization of abortion, as well as a call to action for all of us around positive news. 

    My discoveries for this week are about supplements that I currently take and think are important for female and health, as well as a few to support an active lifestyle.

    Today's topic is therapy. Often seen as something you only do for marriage counselling, grief, or if you're "actually crazy", I want to share my personal story of how therapy helped me rediscover myself. Without it I may not have had the mental strength to launch this podcast or any of the business endeavours I have decided to pursue in the last month or so. Therapy is not about weakness, therapy is about recognizing that you can't, nor should you feel like you have to, do it all by yourself.
