Indeed, amazing things happen when women unite to make a difference. This year we are thrilled to launch another Chapter in Zimbabwe. 

This year we focus on lives and the journey of an entrepreneur. Clearly, work life balance harmony is not considered one of the defining characteristics of the life of an entrepreneur, but perhaps it should be. Work-life balance is somewhat of a trending topic these days, especially as remote work becomes more widely accepted.

Entrepreneurs tend to get stuck in a place of thinking about work 24/7, and they forget to come up for air. Most of the time, you don’t notice until it’s too late and you’re already feeling tired, unmotivated and burned out.

It's that incredible time of the year when we gather and make an incredible positive shift.

A Woman's Worth was established from a sense of urgency and passion for sharing the principles of contributing towards building a legacy for our future generations in Africa. The chapters are about strategically planning, organizing, and hosting workshops, connect sessions, and conferences to empower collaborations and partnerships. United, our goals include co-creating strategies and tools necessary for economic and personal development.

The last two years have been incredibly challenging for many of us, especially entrepreneurs and we have had to be resourceful, resilient and agile in how we respond to these changing times.
