Really great analysis
This podcast is informative for those who seek to challenge and deconstruct the dominant paradigms in their lives. Tibbs’ approaches Christianity from a subversive lens to colonial and imperialist Christianity. It is especially interesting because Tibbs goes right to socially critiquing one of the most powerful systems behind most systemic injustices and oppressions: neoclassical capitalism.
You will be challenged. Tibbs is not asking you to acquiesce to their viewpoint, rather to challenge your own assumptions, and hopefully, challenge the assumptions of those around you.
