The Challenge (Bonus Episode 1)
Here is a 6 part series on fitness and the journey with The BEAST, who has joined the Fitbody Bootcamp South 6 week challenge. This is happening at 35 Scurfield Blvd. in Winnipeg, MB. Canada. I will talk about the trials and tribulations one could go through when doing a challenge like this. I will try to give advice, as well as talk about my own struggles with the matter of losing weight. The ultimate goal is to change the way I train and live my life, but the short term goal is to win a trip for 2 to Mexico. Wish me luck, and enjoy the Bonus Series.

Unleashed needs to be caged
The episode 12 title should read “the most misogynistic, unintelligent, barbershop talk to ever be recorded about topics the hosts aren’t qualified to talk about”. Perhaps it’s too wordy for them. But like any good barbershop talk, there’s one that makes sense that gets argued with by the rest. Between calling Cyntoia Brown “Cynthia” and victim blaming the participants of the Surviving R.Kelly docu-series, who better to talk about victimized black women than black men who clearly don’t value them or, at the very least, too cowardly to spare any sympathy. Why else would no women or black women be in the discussion? Shop talk should be intelligent and these clowns (with the exception of Chris) make everyone look bad. Listen if you wanna hear how dumb it sounds to bend over backwards to try to listen to “Ignition” with a clear conscience. You boys need to take several seats and maybe even die by paper cuts. This podcast is trash. I would give it zero stars if I could.
