Inhale~Hold~Exhale~Empty
This technique helps connect with the vastness within by following a pattern: a certain count for the exhale, followed by a holding of the breath for 2/3rds or 3/4ths of the inhale counts, then exhaling for at least twice the number of inhale counts, then letting the breath finish on its own without counting anymore before starting over.
