Challenging case

Love 💕 listening to your logic. I always look at reticulocyte count now. Had a case recently with TMA and pneumococcal infection where the retic ct was low! And Coombs +.(which could be explained by infection). We gave ECU for a few doses. Thanks again.

Great listen for healthcare professionals!

This is a great ‘how to’ series that dives into many hard to diagnose thrombosis and hemostasis related diseases, including rare diseases.
