Ep. 10: CEO of Hint Water, Kara Goldin

This week, I’m excited to have Kara Goldin, CEO of Hint Water on the show.  Kara had a front row seat to building the first set of ecommerce platforms while she was an executive at AOL.  She left that behind to start a company that solved a problem that she was having and bravely went against goliaths of the CPG industry, Coke & Pepsi.  Kara’s passion for building is a theme throughout her career and while others perceive her as “fearless”, its her drive for learning that propels her success.  Kara also breaks down the skillsets for being a successful CEO and how she went about building a personal brand.

Good podcast not just for women!

Arch has really started to accumulate a nice stable of compelling guests and she does a very nice job of pulling the insights from these women.

These insights, though, are not just for women to learn from.

Not just for women!

Archana identified a gap in career podcasts and nailed it. "Kicking glass" attempts to demystify the path to get women from Director to VP, but in doing so shows both men and women alike how to overcome your internal blockers to get the career you want. In what feels like a conversation you would have with a friend in your living room, you will hear the answers to those questions you've never dare to ask, not even to your own mentors. Try the first one and you'll see!
