    I'm a huge fan of watching sports documentaries or miniseries that follow and feature different big names in their specialized sports. Whether it's golf, baseball, football, or even racing, I love the behind-the-scenes sessions where you get to see how these amazing athletes deal with stress and the mind games that they play with themselves. One thing that I notice consistently is that the most successful have one thing in common: a strong mind game.

    We all play mind games but it's those individuals who overcome our self-doubt or stinking thinking and internal mind games who achieve the type of long-term success that everyone dreams of. It's especially true where the playing field is level. If you want to grow as an investor or entrepreneur, you've got to grow mentally into the mindset first or you'll never overcome the hurdles and self-doubt that stops the majority from finding success.
