Bun Ketchup Cheese Meat Bun
First I season the ground beef with paprika, salt, pepper, all-seasoning, and anything else I have in my cupboard and then press the beef into roughly half-inch thick discs. I grill until medium-rare with provolone cheese melted on. Buns (no sesame seeds) toasted on the grill with light seasoning on the inside of the bun. Finally I place meat on bottom bun, place ketchup on top of the melted cheese, and then place the top bun on the ketchup.
