Katie Price (Bella Thorne) is a 17 year old, smart and musically talented high school teenager who suffers from a rare skin disorder that prevents her from ever stepping into direct sunlight. Determined not to be defeated by her condition, Katie performs her music to commuters at a local train station each night.
