Biblical Experience

Next to my Bible, this has been the most life changing book I have ever read. Profound. Should be required reading for every human.

Must read for all humans!

This book is incredible and extremely insightful. We as humans are constantly under some kind of stress. This book illuminates the fact that we must take a close look at what causes the stress our life and also the anger we repress in our bodies. We must take our health into our own hands and start to heal and become whole once again.
