Word on Fire Digital 4+

In 2016 when Pope Francis came to America, I knew he was a great man and a great leader. On my way to a job, I pulled off the side of the road to a rest area so I could find a radio station that carried the speech he was giving to congress. I put in my earphones and listened to the way Pope Franscis spoke to the leaders of this nation. As he spoke, I felt his Holiness. I heard his gentleness and Power. I was a “spiritual but not religious person” and I found myself yearning to
Be religious if I could know
Someone such as him. Never had I experienced such real life deep holiness in a person. I thought all of the holy people and mystics had died. I thought after his talk to congress that democrats and republicans would come together and then work together for the greater good. When Pope Francis came to my town, Philadelphia, I watched every second of his visit on live stream because I didn’t have a ticket to see him. When he left I walked in to our Basilica any said that I couldn’t get over the Pope. They invited me to their Christian education course which I attended for two years and I was accepted into the Catholic Church. While becoming a Catholic I heard about Word on Fire and when I listen to the stories, the mysteries, the sacred truths that are hidden within I am filled with joy and gratitude to have been led here.. at this time, in this life, to hear these words. Thank you.

I absolutely love Word on Fire. Everything is high quality in every way. You don’t find erroneous information or opinions either, Bishop Baron adheres to the teachings of Holy Mother Church without exception. All of the programs are more than just entertaining, (of course they ARE entertaining though lol), they are informative in the best way possible. I have learned a great deal from the various programs and have referenced them while teaching RCIA at my Parish. Even my nonCatholic friends enjoy the programs, especially the “Catholicism” series which also aired on PBS stations here in America. You will learn a great deal without feeling “preached” at. I recommend this site/app, and the programs found there to all of the catechumens at my Parish more than any other site/app available. Every video is truly remarkable in every way. The music is incredible, the cinematography is better than most films coming out of Hollywood, the content is faithful to the Magisterium of the Church, and Bishop Baron’s commentary is both insightful and erudite. There is something for everyone, from those who simply want to learn more about the Church to catechumens preparing for baptism to the most learned and scholarly of theologians. Try it for yourself, you won’t regret it guaranteed.

It is a privilege to provide a review of Word on Fire Digital. Back when Spirit Juice Productions began filming the Catholicism series who could have imagined that it would have grown into the spectacular digital medium it has since evolved into that we now know as Word on Fire digital? The blessings of sound logic and scholarship, presented with beautiful on site filming locations, presented in an understandable and friendly learning style…well these are just some of the reasons I so thoroughly enjoy Word on Fire Digital. The programs I’ve watched have been many. I can state with all honesty that each has left me with a desire to search out more information, to share with others the treasure trove of knowledge presented, and ultimately to make Jesus Christ better known and to spread the Good News of God’s Word. Word on Fire Digital can serve as a catalyst for the change of heart needed to become an active disciple if one is open to the promptings of God’s call.
