    Imposter Syndrome w/ Tyler Yocca - #059

In this week's episode I talk about Imposter Syndrome with my brother-in-law, Tyler Yocca. We'll get into what it is, how everyone feels like an imposter sometimes and some suggestions on how to move passed the feeling.

P.S. I'm playing with this idea of bringing in people from life to talk about a subject. Let me know what you think of the format. Do you like it? What would you change? I want to hear from you!

Great guests and powerful content

Josh has phenomenal guests and creates great conversations to capture the best from those guests!

Compelling and practical

Josh is on par with thought leaders like Gary Vaynerchuck and Tony Robbins but with a unique, powerful and fresh perspective that’s both thought provoking and motivating.

Josh has a way of meeting you where you are with ideas you’ve heard or maybe felt before but weren’t sure how to express or apply. I love the thoughts around identity and the practical advice on how to find your true identity.

I find myself craving more after every episode.

Keep up the amazing work!

Good tips for improving self awareness

If you don’t already know that self awareness is a key to good leadership then *spoiler alert* IT IS. After you get past that, these podcasts from Josh Newton are excellent nuggets of information for trying to stretch your self awareness to new capacities in short bursts. I like the clear audio, easy listening style (no one is shouting at me) and that it’s not information overload. Well done!
