343: Judge David McCord
Episode 343 of Boss Hog of Liberty is out!
Jeremiah Morrell, Daktoa Davis and Zach Burcham are your hosts. The Candidate Series continues, sponsored by Weiland's Flowers and Ink & Ale Brewhouse.
This week we are joined by County Judge David McCord, as he is running for re-election. Really educational episode, talking through what his court handles. Rapid fire cases, almost similar to the TV show, “Night Court” they might see 80 cases in a day. Anywhere from level 6 felonies, to traffic tickets, to small claims court. The Judge brought us data on the county inmate population, and we explored the idea of what, if any, influence our courts have on that headcount.
