In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest musical memories were being at my grandmothers house as a child it was a house full of music and parties my love for music was formed there. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? BeBe & CeCe Winans, The Ultimate Collection: BeBe & CeCe Winans Fred Hammond, The Essential Fred Hammond Luther Vandross, Never Too Much This is a little hard for me because there are tons of albums that I love across the genre spectrum. I picked these artist because they are some of my foundational heart artists let me stress SOME. For me their music is timeless. Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Fly” Fly speaks of the comfort and peace I have knowing that my life and journey doesn't rest solely in my hands there is one bigger that loves and cares for me. It is a song of triumph and joy. The vibe comes from my love of Rare Groove Soul. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I've had many, one of which is opening the World Expo in China singing as a featured artist with Secret Garden. A group with whom i've recorded beautiful songs. Anywhere that I can share songs that inspire and uplift is memorable for me. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? For me nothing beats being live and in person....I aim to do more of that. I'd of course love to do more collaborations with artists that are wildly different from me!
