In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. We started the band in early 2000s in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. We were still in college. We got along playing songs from our favorite bands, and started to write our own material. Our first album was released in 2003. It received Golden Award. What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? The Rain, Hujan Kali Ini The Rain, Jabat Erat The Rain, Mereka Bilang Kita Terjebak Bersama Jabat Erat was our first independent album. Mereka Bilang Kita Terjebak Bersama was the album that took the longest producing time. Hujan Kali was our first album, released in 2003 and got Golden Awards. It was sold more than 100,000 copies. About longing for someone and trying to be cool about it. What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? In 2018, for The Rain's 17th anniversary, we held an exclusive concert in a movie theatre. It was an ultimate audio visual experience for the audience. Magical. Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? We would love to travel the world and play our music to new people we meet.
