The first time I ever performed on stage I was five years old I sang 'You Are My Sunshine' and I knew right then and there that this is what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. Taylor Swift, Lover Taylor Swift, Red (Taylor’s Version) [+ A Message From Taylor] Taylor Swift, evermore Taylor Swift has helped shape the writer I am today! My goal when writing a song is that the lyrics can connect and make people feel things they way she did for me! Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “How to Love a Girl” How to Love a Girl was inspired by a late night car ride conversation when my boyfriend said "I really think you should write a song for the boys"... At the time I had brushed that comment off but when I got back home I began to write this song!! What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? The most memorable moments in my career so far have happened after a live show when I'm able to connect with fans and hear their reactions and personal connections to the lyrics in my songs! Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I feel like my career is just getting started! I can't wait to keep writing better and better songs for my fans to connect with!
