Panamanian rock band Los Rabanes were formed in 1992. By 1994, the threesome was playing throughout Panama, getting recognition as one of the country's major rock bands. In 1995, the group started touring more widely across Latin America, playing alongside prominent rock en español outfits such as Todos Tus Muertos and Aterciopelados. Two years later, Los Rabanes recorded All Star, Vol. 2. In 1999, the act moved to Spain, having the opportunity to participate in the FestiMad festival, headlined by Metallica. That same year, the band performed in New York along with Control Machete. In 2000, Los Rabanes recorded a self-titled album in Miami. ~ Drago Bonacich
