Collocutor

London's Collocutor is an eclectic, seven-member modal jazz ensemble led by saxophonist Tamar Osborn. A Graduate of London's Guildhall School of Music & Drama, Osborn formed Collocutor as an outlet to combine her love of expansive, '60s-style spiritual jazz with her other interests, including Afrobeat, Indian classical, and polyphonic choral music. The band debuted in 2014 with Instead. Two years later, they returned with The Search. ~ Matt Collar
