Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming teaches the fundamentals of meditation, with details about posture, the Qi (energy) circulatory system, and how to properly practice Qigong Meditation to increase your martial power. His easy-to-follow lesson includes instruction of Embryonic Breathing, Laogong Breathing, Yongquan Breathing, Four Gates Breathing, and Martial Arts Grand Circulation. Embryonic Breathing is considered the missing link in meditation practice, which forms the foundation necessary for higher attainment and enlightenment.
The flow of Qi (energy) can be disturbed either through external trauma, such as an injury, or internal trauma such as depression or stress, or even just a sedentary lifestyle. When the body is energetically out of balance, this is when symptoms like aches and pain start to occur and we start to experience a state of "disease". Wherever you feel pain or tightness, your energetic circulation is stagnant, or even blocked. Stagnation is the root of injury or illness. Qigong meditation can increase the quantity of your Qi (energy) and improve the quality of your circulation.
Qi-gong translates from Chinese to Energy-Work. Qigong meditation creates balance in the body, both physically and energetically, by improving the flow of energy that circulates through the body in the meridians. We all have a "life force", Qi (energy) within all our trillions of cells, allowing them to function. Qi also regulates physical, emotional, mental and spiritual stability. Qi (ki in Japanese) maintains a homeostatic balance in your body.

Qi Breather ,

Amazing to learn all these secret details inside of meditation!

**Updated w smaller file size and streaming video!** Thank you Master Yang for this incredible hour of teaching. For $9.99 I have enough to practice for the rest of my life, and finally understand the internal energy system and how to use it in meditation. I also feel more energy in all my physical exercise now that I know how to lead the Qi (energy). So awesome! This is the sort of information you used to have to become a monk to gain access to and now it is on our phones after 5-minute download.
