Description
ICES mobile is user-friendly GPS-based mapping application, which can be integrated with any management system.
This state of art application helps professionals manage their cemeteries by providing real-time information on grave-sites (status, owner/occupant, restrictions, vault, marker, etc.), trees, irrigation system etc. The status of each grave is color-coded providing easy grave status identification across large sections of a cemetery.
The ground crew can access scanned documents, manage work orders, tree and monument inspection, maximizing operational efficiency and improving customer satisfaction.
In addition, cemetery sales professionals can easily search for available spaces in a particular area, check real-time inventory availability (sold, available, reserved, occupied ...), obtain pricing, and reserve spaces.
For the cemetery visitor, the application helps locate a loved one, and guides the visitor to the grave-site via GPS navigation.
A cemetery membership is required for functionality.
