Ratings and Reviews
Latest update yes!
The latest update really improves many previous issues. The app loads much faster, the maps work faster and so does the gps locator. The addition of directions to a station is also helpful.
Just a horrible app...
Signing up takes way too long and you are diverted to an interface from 2005. And I still could not sign in to my account. For a causal pass, is my subscriber number the casual pass number? Enormously frustrating and I am sure has turned more than a few people off of using these bikes, which are a great idea!
Horrible user experience
