Very good app, overall. Do you really want to make it better? If you set it up so anytime data to be entered is numerical, the keyboard opens up for numerical entries it would be better. Likewise anytime the data to be entered is letters, the keyboard should open for alphabetic entries.
Another improvement would be to distinguish between forms that require user entries, and lists of information (like Commonwealth Procedures) that give guidance to the user. For the lists, don't offer the capability to save or submit when closing or exiting from the lists. The feature, archiving, or saving, or submitting, is only needed on forms where the user is entering data like a pickup time, or mileage, or fuel amount.
These are small things but small details make the difference between very good and excellent.

Easy to design and use. However, there are a few bugs to work out such as:
1. e-mail field and autosend feature only works under certain conditions
2. If the max file size is exceed and weird error message occurs

Worst thing I ever did for my company ,they have no back up they lost 97 invoices of mine and that I could not retrieve. You cannot trust them with your forms , unless you keep a copy of them yourself witch is impossible the way the app is setup you can only submit your invoices and only have a list of your history. Bottom line they lost 97 of my filled out forms with info I needed to get paid on those jobs which I thought I was going to be able to print out but they were lost in the system and they could do nothing to find them. They did nothing to accommodate me just simply that they were all lost and what I'd to do like there CEO who talked with me when I started my service , but when I asked to speak with him numerous times about this very important issue I was just given the. Run around. You will lose invoices that you submit and they have no recourse or take ANY responsibility.
