I am gonna give one star not for the Game selection or payouts but the way that I was not able to get a answer by a live person for months and I am still waiting! I was promised 3 deposit bonuses but on the second one the system did not grant me my bonus and I cannot get a live chat so I emailed them only to get an automated response saying they would get back to me as soon as possible but a month later I received an email from a lady who gave me the answer to a question that I never asked! I am just gonna play elsewhere and I am sure that my thousand a month play means nothing to them but I wouldn’t put your money in the pockets of liars!

This app is GARBAGE! Theyll let you win so you think your doing good and winning money but then the games start crashing , glitching and closing out. I won a lot of money through it and lost some but when i got back up in my winnings out of nowhere they suspended and closed my account! And did NOT pay me out what i last won!! Absolutely go to a different casino. The customer service is a legitimate scam. They will take 4-6 weeks to answer, when they do answer they will respond with a non sense answer that has nothing to do with your question. It’s near impossible to withdraw funds, no matter what info you provide they will keep changing the requirements. Do not get drawn in by the deposit match bonus because you will never be able to withdraw that money. If you somehow manage to spend 30 x initial deposit + cash bonus you still wouldn’t be able to withdraw the money. I think they lose business this way I will never spend a penny through 888 casino again.
