Very helpful
You definitely have to be diligent about remembering to reset the timer and planning your first meal to coincide with your day. Those things aside, I find it very helpful to be reminded to eat throughout the day. I work construction and it is easy to lose track of time. Small, healthy meals every 3 hours has me down almost 20 lbs in 2 and a half months.
sorry, but not all that helpful
I can set my phones timer to go off every three hours.. what I’d really want, is an app that allows me to set multiple alarms to go off at specific times throughout the day. My lunch break has to be from 12 to 1pm.. so if my 3hr interval doesn’t fall in that time, it’s kind of useless.. but if I could set alarms for say, 7, 9:30, 12, 2:30 and 5, or similar, that would be much more useful. I agree it also needs a snooze button so if it goes off in the middle of a meeting or in the bathroom, I don’t forget to eat.

Hey guys, I jut got this app an its great!!!!!! However, my settings doesn't show this app so I can't turn on my notifications; and i don't know if there even on at all. Uuuuumm yeah, sooooo if any one could write me an answer review soon it will really be appreciated. But besides that, great app.
