Similar to the Reggae Gold series, Ragga Ragga Ragga is an annual compilation of the year's hottest tracks, kind of like That's What I Call Music! but specifically for hardcore dancehall. A few notable veteran acts are in the mix, including Vybz Kartel ("Punanny a Mi Best Friend") and Elephant Man ("All the Way" with Spice), as well as newer artists like Busy Signal ("Crazy Sex"), Aidonia ("Boom Flick"), and I Octane ("Wine and Jiggle"). Pretty much every song here is about taking care of business in the bedroom, with varying degrees of explicitness over steadily thumping low-end, freaky keyboards, and thickly accented chanting. It's an ideal soundtrack for getting loose at the club or a rum-soaked block party during Brooklyn's Caribbean Day Parade.
