Straightforward and powerful

Meditation works and Jillian Lavender does a masterful job explaining it. For someone thinking about learning to meditate, it’s a great resource. As a meditator, I found the evidence presented was very powerful. I know how much I have benefitted by learning to meditate and the knowledge in this book will help me commit to continue doing it twice a day.
